Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Presales Solution Architect to drive solution strategy, client engagement, and deal support for our Oracle CX Practice in the United States. This role will partner closely with Sales, Delivery, and Client Stakeholders to design compelling, scalable, and competitive Oracle CX solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle CX including modules such as Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle CPQ, and Oracle Marketing Cloud, along with strong presales and solutioning experience.

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • 8 10 years of experience in CRM / CX solutions.
  • Minimum 3 5 years in a Presales / Solution Architect role.
  • Proven track record supporting US-based enterprise clients.

Technical Expertise

  • Strong functional and technical understanding of Oracle CX modules.
  • Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
  • Knowledge of cloud architecture and SaaS implementation models.
  • Understanding of data migration, reporting, and analytics.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks.

Business Acumen

  • Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, Service, CPQ and Subscription processes.
  • Strong understanding of Lead to Cash and Issue to Resolution processes
  • Ability to articulate ROI, business case, and transformation value.
  • Experience responding to RFPs/RFIs.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and consultative approach.
  • Ability to influence decision-makers and support deal closure.
  • Willingness to travel within the US as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle CX certifications.
  • Experience with multi-cloud environments.
  • Exposure to competitive CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • MBA or relevant business qualification (preferred).
