We <em><strong>enable</strong></em> pharmacy <em>care</em>.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Provide proactive account management including helping our entities manage a compliant 340B program,</li> <li>Responsible for owning and building the relationship with our managed accounts.</li> <li>Responsible for developing a communication plan with the client that promotes awareness about products, tools, interfaces, modules, services, etc.</li> <li>Follow plans created by Executives to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.</li> <li>Ensure customer expectations are met by maintaining open, clear, and consistent dialogue with external end-users and internal contacts.</li> <li>Responsible for articulating the needs and desires of the customer and translating them into deliverable plans.</li> <li>Responsible for leading solution development efforts that best address customer needs.</li> <li>Lead calls which helps the entity know how their program is performing and following up on action items.</li> <li>Lead quarterly financial performance reports and mock audits assisting the entity in finding areas of improvement in their program.</li> <li>Assist entities in maximizing their program savings via expansion of contract pharmacies, specialty pharmacies, referral prescription captures, and other creative ways.</li> <li>Take customer calls and help with answering questions, training, troubleshooting, and following through.</li> <li>Assist our entities in preparing for internal and external audits.</li> <li>Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and efficiencies within the customers’ use of the application.</li> <li>Stay up to date with all 340B guidelines and using that experience to help our entities improve their program performance.</li> <li>Analyze capture rates and work with the technical team to resolve data file issues.</li> <li>Convey industry trends and product feedback from pharmacy stakeholders to the internal team to assist in developing product enhancements and additional offerings.</li> <li>Proactively identify, recommend, and implement process and other operational improvements.</li> <li>Promptly report any allegations of impropriety to the Compliance Department.</li> <li>Comply with Maxor’s Ethical Business Conduct policy and Maxor’s Compliance Program.</li> <li>Remain free from exclusion under the OIG and SAMS Medicare/Medicaid lists.</li> <li>Complete required training, as assigned, within the established timeframes.</li> <li>Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position.</li> <li>Maintain regular attendance in accordance with established policies.</li> <li>Perform other job-related duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Strong communication skills.</li> <li>Customer focus and relationship building skills.</li> <li>Self-motivated, collaborative, and strong problem-solving skills.</li> <li>3+ years’ experience in account management in 340B or other health-care setting required. </li> <li><p>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.</p></li> <li>ACE Certified Preferred. </li> <li>Comprehensive knowledge of the 340B drug discount program.</li> <li>Split-billing and contract pharmacy experience.</li> <li>Proficient personal computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.</li> <li>Ability to multitask managing multiple projects at once while serving as the subject matter experts for the covered entities and pharmacies.</li> <li>Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p>At VytlOne we foster a diverse and progressive culture that promotes a work-from-home model and a "dress-for-your-day" approach to work attire.
