Seamlessly.</li> <li>and, to create pieces that fit women.  Well.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>This promise continues to drive two friends, two designers, two women of many women who desire style that fits.</p> <p><br><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">The Role:</span></p> <p>The Account Executive is responsible for driving sales across Canadian HOUSE accounts. This role owns day-to-day account relationships, acting as a key partner to independent retailers while supporting major accounts in collaboration with the Head of Wholesale.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is a highly commercial role for someone who is both execution-focused and forward-looking—capable of building on a strong existing business while identifying new opportunities across the evolving Canadian retail landscape.</p> <p><br><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">You Will:</span></p> <ul> <li>Own part of Canadian business, managing day-to-day relationships with independent/specialty store accounts from Ottawa through the Maritimes</li> <li>Provide education/product knowledge for major department stores in French/English, as well as with select independents</li> <li>Partner with accounts on assortments, reorders, and returns, working closely with the Sales Coordinator to support execution</li> <li>Collaborate with the Head of Wholesale to develop seasonal projections and achieve annual sales targets</li> <li>Identify and onboard new accounts, continuously evolving the distribution strategy across Canada</li> <li>React in-season with key partners through trunk shows, ATS events, and market travel</li> <li>Enter and manage all HOUSE account orders in JOOR, ensuring accuracy and follow-through</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally with Canadian AEs, US agents, and internal teams to share insights and optimize performance</li> <li>Analyze each market, providing clear hindsight and actionable feedback by delivery</li> <li>Build and deliver sales reports for leadership and cross-functional partners</li> <li>Collaborate with marketing and international sales partners on pre-market preparation</li> <li>Contribute to a team-first environment—sharing insights, supporting peers, and stepping into other territories as needed</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">You Have:</span></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in a comparable role (Account Executive, Associate Buyer, or similar)</li> <li>Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of sales drivers and retail performance</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present effectively and translate market insights into action</li> <li>Advanced proficiency in Excel, including building and adapting reports (weekly, seasonal, market recaps)</li> <li>Professional proficiency in both English and French is required<br><br></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">You'll love working here because:</span></p> <ul> <li>You'll work with a fun, hard-working, collaborative team with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.</li> <li>Our product is designed to embolden the people who wear it, and that includes our team</li> <li>We offer a comprehensive health and dental benefit plan funded by SMYTHE </li> <li>30% Travel within Canada - must have a vehicle.
