Account Manager

Responsibilities Develop and implement insurance solutions by designing, presenting, and assisting with the implementation of comprehensive plans, including referrals for additional lines of business.

Manage client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact, addressing coverage and process inquiries, and resolving issues effectively.

Ensure policy compliance and accurate documentation through analysis of insurance-related contracts and leases, identifying risks, and communicating necessary changes to clients.

Improve operational efficiency by evaluating processes, identifying opportunities for streamlining, and leveraging technology and resources to support team productivity.

Deliver superior customer service by meeting departmental timelines, responding promptly to client needs, and consistently adhering to service commitments.

Collaborate and lead by example by demonstrating company values, supporting team efforts, and contributing positively in both routine and challenging situations.

Pursue professional development through ongoing training, seeking feedback, and maintaining high standards of accountability and performance.

Qualifications BA/BS Preferred

Insurance Producer License

Commercial lines account management experience

Demonstrates an in depth knowledge of markets, policies and products and shares information withpeers

Possesses good listening skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects and deadLines

Possesses good communication and organizational skills

Possesses a sense of urgency Additional Information This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.
