For more information, visit: <strong> .<br><br><strong>Job Summary<br><br></strong>We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Account Manager for North America Mass Market to accelerate revenue and customer number growth and strengthen our market presence.<br><br><ul><li>Primary market segments include Aerospace & Defense, Communications, Enterprise & Datacenter, Consumer/Mobile-IoT and Industrial.</li><li>Successful execution in this role will revolve around effective leverage of Digital Marketing and Distributor channels in order to “scale” across the entire customer base on a, predominantly, virtual basis (i.e. remote sales). </li><li>It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Territory Ownership & Growth</li><ul><li>Take ownership of an assigned geographic territory / account set.</li><li>Drive growth and expansion within the territory by:</li><ul><li>Increasing account penetration</li><li>Identifying new customers, opportunities, and applications</li></ul><li>Ensure consistent pipeline build-up to support long-term growth.</li></ul><li>Account & Opportunity Management</li><ul><li>Manage a portfolio of long-tail accounts</li><li>Maintain consistent pipeline activity to support revenue goals.</li></ul><li>Customer Engagement</li><ul><li>Connect with customers (engineers, sourcing, program teams) to:<br><br></li></ul></ul><ul><li> Understand basic requirements</li><li> Introduce SiTime solutions</li><li>Run focused, efficient conversations with clear next steps.</li><li>Build quick rapport and maintain regular follow-ups.</li><li>Sales Execution</li><li>Ensure steady movement of deals toward design-in and potential wins.</li><li>Forecasting & Order Alignment</li><li>Distribution Management</li><li>Work closely with distribution partners to:</li><ul><li>Drive demand generation</li><li>Support customer engagement</li><li>Track opportunities and design-ins<br></li></ul></ul><strong>Qualifications & Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>BS Electrical Engineering Degree or experience in a role where technical self-sufficiency has been developed</li><li>3+ years of sales or field experience</li><li>Specific experience dealing with mass market or territory development is desirable</li><li>Deep understanding of how distribution channels work and methods by which we can engage with them</li><li>Good understanding of sales automation tools such as Salesforce, Sixth Sense, Marketo and others<br><br></li></ul><strong>Desired Characteristics & Attributes<br><br></strong><ul><li>Very disciplined “process” orientation and skills; a critical element to this is the ability to multi-task in a high-volume sales environment.</li><li>High personal accountability for results and progress.</li><li>Very strong communication skills</li><ul><li>Developing rapport quickly, getting in and out of discussions quickly, management details without sacrificing ROI</li></ul><li>Resilience – the ability to overcome obstacles and difficult situations on a daily basis.</li><li>Curiosity – the ability to ask good, probing questions, actively seek out new information to validate or dispel existing assumptions.<br></li></ul><strong>Compensation Range: </strong> At SiTime, we believe great work deserves great rewards. We offer a comprehensive and highly competitive compensation package designed to attract top talent.<br><br>The annual base salary range for this role is $ 76,620.00 - $105,336.00 . The final offer is determined by factors such as location, experience, education, and training.<br><br>In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for the Sales Commission Plan, paid out quarterly based on achievement of sales objectives and goals.
