Account Manager - Some After-Hours Client Support

With operations in the US, Canada, UK and South Africa, our clients include both Fortune 500 and mid-market companies, as well as many of the world’s largest non-profit organizations.</span></p><p><span>The Account Manager (AM) is responsible for setting up new campaigns, project managing, analyzing, developing processes, identifying areas for optimization, and managing all relationships related to a campaign in an accurate, proactive, and consistent manner. We are currently hiring for two Account Managers to fill amended-schedule positions designated to extend the Client Services Department's coverage into evening hours and weekends. These schedules include:</span></p><ul><li><span>Sunday - Thursday; 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM Central [In-Office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday]</span></li><li><span>Tuesday - Saturday; 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM Central [In-Office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday]<br><br><br></span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><u><strong><strong>Responsibilities</strong></strong></u></p><ul><li><span>Lead and project manage multiple campaigns at any given time while effectively communicating with and managing stakeholders.</span></li><li><span>Adhere to a consistent cadence of work to ensure effective project management, communication, and flexibility for changing campaign requirements and targets.</span></li><li><span>Work with other departments to manage campaigns through onboarding and offboarding, training, adherence to compliance requirements, and distribution/education of processes and expectations.</span></li><li><span>Analyze data to create reporting and metrics to derive actionable items to positively impact your campaign(s).</span></li><li><span>Anticipate data needs based off campaign contracts details.</span></li><li><span>Seek ways to improve processes, data, reporting, campaign performance, and field experience to optimize quality of service.</span></li><li><span>Create documentation of campaign processes, procedures, and guidelines.</span></li><li><span>Prevent and quickly resolve any issues for your campaign by working cross functionally with the appropriate internal departments (Finance, Business Intelligence, Business Development, IT, Marketing, Legal, National Account Management, Onboarding/Compliance) and external teams (Client, Sales Offices, Vendors, etc.).</span></li><li><span>Provide timely and accurate information or feedback to all requests, questions or concerns from sales offices, clients or internal departments or team members.</span></li><li><span>Demonstrate consistent critical and strategic thinking skills on all program aspects to prevent issues and optimize the campaign and client experience.</span></li><li><span>Other duties as assigned or are necessary that support the overall business needs.<br><br><br></span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><u><strong><strong>Experience and Qualifications</strong></strong></u></p><ul><li><span>Willingness and ability to commit to proposed schedules, including evening hours and weekend availability. </span></li><li><span>3 – 5 years of account management or project management work experience.</span></li><li><span>Bachelor’s degree preferred with studies in Business, Marketing, Management, or other related field (preferred).</span></li><li><span>This position follows a hybrid schedule and requires the ability to reliably commute to our downtown Chicago office.</span></li><li><span>Ability to handle critical situations in a calm and effective manner.</span></li><li><span>Self-starter, proactive, and solution oriented.</span></li><li><span>Seek out solutions to problems through research and ingenuity.</span></li><li><span>Proficient in Excel.</span></li><li><span>High level of initiative and demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.</span></li><li><span>Strong communication and analytical skills.
