Account Strategy Manager (Digital Media)

A leading retail advertising company is hiring an Account Strategy Manager (Digital Media focused) to join their team. If you're passionate about digital media and strategic campaign management, this role provides an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic environment. *This is a 6+ month contract opportunity, HYBRID in Hoboken, NJ.* *Account Strategy Manager Responsibilities:* * Plan and execute both managed-service and self-service advertising campaigns, providing expert guidance to clients. * Collaborate with sales and account teams to craft data-driven media proposals aligned with client goals. * Lead discussions with advertisers and agencies, showcasing expertise in media tactics and campaign management. * Apply knowledge of various media types such as paid search, programmatic display, CTV, social media, digital OOH, and experiential in-store tactics. * Regularly communicate campaign performance insights, optimization suggestions, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders. *Account Strategy Manager Qualifications*: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. * At least three years of experience managing digital media campaigns or consulting on digital advertising across various channels. * Strong understanding of digital media performance metrics (CPM, ROAS, CPC, CTR, etc.) and media math for campaign optimization. * Proven experience working with clients, identifying risks proactively, and developing solutions. * Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, SQL, or Power BI. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement.
