<p style="margin-left: 0.25in;"><strong>Come join our team and work from home!</strong></p><p style="margin-left: 0.25in;">The Accounts Payable Representative will perform various procedures to ensure all accounts payable invoices and expense reports are valid and accurately processed.  Responsible for monitoring inboxes and taking action to ensure all accounts receivables are billed and paid in a timely manner.  Ensure accurate processing and use of accounts, cost center coding, vendor approval and corporate credit card. Performs all duties in accordance with all company guidelines and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Target pay for this position is $25.00 an hour.</p><p> </p><p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Reviews and processes vendor invoices, including coding to the correct cost center and ensuring proper authorization; researches and resolves discrepancies.</li><li>Reviews and audits employee expense reports, ensuring proper authorization and coding to the correct cost center, supporting receipts, and compliance with company policies.</li><li>Assists with vendor approval process.</li><li>Research unusual items to prevent improper payments and communicates with various vendors to research and resolve invoice discrepancies.  Gathers required information for invoice reconciliation. </li><li>Maintains professional level of integrity when handling confidential and/or sensitive information.</li><li>Maintains consistent attendance to ensure fulfillment of essential duties and responsibilities.</li><li>Track, follow-up, and collect accounts receivables such as commissions and utility bills.</li><li>Ensure invoice approval deadlines are met. </li><li>Monitor inboxes related to accounts payable such as deposits, unable to post and commission queue.</li></ul><p><strong>What you need:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>One (1) to two (2) years general office/accounting experience.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Our Company:</strong></p><p>Carrington Mortgage Holdings is a holding company whose primary businesses include asset management, mortgages, real estate transactions and real estate logistics.
