<p><b>Adjunct – Complex Disease Management – Online (Remote) – College of Nursing and Health Care Professions</b></p><p></p><p>Are you passionate about shaping future health care leaders and helping students discover their purpose? <a href="https://www.gcu.edu/college-of-nursing-and-health-care-professions.php" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">The College of Nursing and Health Care Professions</a> at GCU is seeking knowledgeable, mission-driven Adjunct Faculty to teach <b>Complex Disease Management </b>online.</p><p></p><p>This course integrates knowledge from pathophysiology, pharmacology, nursing theory, and current evidence-based practice to inform clinical judgment and to ensure safe, effective, and holistic care. The nursing process is applied to provide safe, quality care reflecting cultural humility across the life span. Particular attention is paid to interprofessional collaboration in the process of disease management and care coordination.</p><p></p><p><b>What You Will Do</b></p><ul><li>Deliver engaging, high-quality instruction using innovative teaching methods and current industry technologies</li><li>Maintain compliance with accreditation standards</li><li>Model the holistic tenets of the nursing profession and uphold the University’s mission and pillars</li><li>Facilitate meaningful classroom discussions, assess student learning, and prepare students for leadership roles in health care</li><li>Support program initiatives and demonstrate alignment with the philosophy and direction of the University</li><li>Provide a positive example by supporting GCU’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You Will Bring</b></p><ul><li>A Masters (or higher) in Nursing or a Bachelor's in Nursing with a graduate degree in a relevant health care discipline.
