Job Description Job Description About the Role USA Law Center, representing a network of 10 consumer-focused law firms, is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role includes a mix of administrative, clerical, hiring support, and basic accounting tasks. This is a hybrid position requiring the ability to work both remotely and from our Ocala, Florida office a few days per week . We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and able to help keep internal systems, scheduling, and office workflows organized. Key Responsibilities • Provide general administrative support to attorneys and office staff • Assist with clerical tasks, document organization, and file management • Help with basic accounting and administrative finance-related tasks • Post job openings and assist with interview scheduling and hiring coordination • Maintain accurate records, communications, and internal tracking systems • Support scheduling, follow-up tasks, and day-to-day office operations • Use software platforms, CRM systems, and other digital tools to keep workflows organized Qualifications • Prior administrative assistant, office support, clerical, or similar experience preferred • Strong organizational and administrative skills • Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities • Comfortable using technology, software platforms, and office systems • Professional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Able to work independently and stay organized in a hybrid work environment • Must be able to work from the Ocala, FL office a few days per week Compensation & Employment Type • Pay $25.00 per hour • Employment Type Part-Time • Schedule 20–32 hours per week • Location Hybrid remote / Ocala, FL Benefits • Opportunities for advancement • Flexible hybrid work environment To Apply Please submit • Your resume Note This position is open to qualified applicants only.
