Realize the joy of possibility as you monitor student behavior, track educational progress, communicate with parents, and reinforce learning and skills through our proven model.</p> <br><strong>Responsibilities </strong><br><br><ul><li>Understands and implements SESI’s philosophy, policy and procedures relating to conduct, discipline, educational and attendance outcomes for students, staff and parents.</li><li>Schedule candidate interviews using an applicant tracking system, ensuring timely communication while maintaining organized and up-to-date recruitment records.</li><li>Operates a variety of office equipment, including phone systems, printers, faxes, copies and different computer application.</li><li>Maintains confidentiality and privacy of personnel, business and other confidential, sensitive, electronic proprietary information of Specialized Education Services and their current and past employees and current and past students.</li><li>Ensures state, municipal and federal compliance in the areas of upholding and enforcing maintenance of school records.</li><li>Enter data around enrollment, attendance, behavioral incidents, test scores as needed</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned and to be determined based upon SESI needs and business requirements.</li></ul> <br><strong>Qualifications </strong><br><br><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent required- advanced education preferred</li><li>Ability to operate office equipment including</li><li>Understanding of Microsoft office applications including word, excel and power point</li><li>Demonstrated strong self-management while working remotely</li><li>Experience working with an Application Tracking System (iCIMS) perferred</li></ul> <br><strong>Posted Salary Range</strong><br><br>Starting from USD $25.00/Hr. <br><strong>Physical Requirements</strong><br><br><ul><li>Ability to run short distances and move swiftly in response to student needs, including bending, kneeling, and crouching.</li><li>Ability to lift and assist students with mobility challenges, often requiring the handling of up to 50 pounds or more.</li><li>Skill in managing fine motor tasks, such as helping students with writing, manipulating small objects, or using adaptive devices.</li><li>Ability to operate a computer or tablet for up to 8 hours daily.</li><li>Capacity to notice and respond to non-verbal cues from students</li><li>Capacity to remain calm and composed during physically and emotional demanding situations, ensuring student safety and well-being </li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;">Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position. </p>
