Let us show you all the ways we can Empower Your Purpose.</p><p><br>To learn more about Rehmann, visit: <a href="http://www.rehmann.com/careers/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">https://www.rehmann.com/careers/</span></a>  </p><p><br> </p><p style="text-align:left"><u><b>Job Description:</b></u></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><br> </p><p>Provide a broad range of administrative and tactical support for the Client Accounting & Advisory Solutions department including administration of projects, assists in the execution of client management, quality control, and job workflow.</p><p></p><p><b>Essential <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">Duties/Responsibilities:</span></b></p><ul><li>Client Management<ul><li>Engagement Letters: Create client lists, mail merge, send documents via DocuSign, and follow up on signatures.</li><li>Handle the setup of new clients and the closing out clients in systems such as FloQast, Suralink, GFR, and OneHub.</li><li>Manage communication with clients regarding work readiness, reporting, and deliverables.</li><li>Collaborate with onboarding team for the implementation of client software systems (e.g., QBO, Bill, Gusto, etc.…), payroll processing, and third-party provider registrations.</li><li>Initiate and maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring timely flow of data, reminders for meetings, deadlines, and deliverables.</li><li>Foster positive relationships with clients and associate by addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.</li></ul></li><li>Quality Control and Reporting:<ul><li>Engagement Letters: Ensure all applications have appropriate documentation for GFR, Engagement, and FloQast.</li><li>Operational support to DD and RDDs:<ul><li>Distribute production reports and flag for follow-up.</li><li>Extract data for performance reviews.</li><li>Support leadership and department meetings, including planning, logistics, and note-taking.</li><li>Provide organizational support for outside conferences.</li><li>Assist with internal training organization.</li></ul></li><li>STAR/Salesforce Data Management: Monitor job codes and ensure client data accuracy and updates.</li><li>Data Management: Handle data for FloQast, Suralink, GFR, and OneHub.</li><li>Set up, monitor, and finalize engagement binders.</li></ul></li><li>Workflow and Process Tracking<ul><li>Manage FloQast Tasks: Oversee budget creation, template management, user setup, sending requests.</li><li>Word Processing: Generate and process preparation and compilation of financial statements, including Reach Reporting.</li></ul></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Skills/Abilities:</b></p><ul><li>Able to use Microsoft Office suite to prepare correspondence, basic reports, tables, and exhibits in support of analyses, using formulas and appropriate formats.</li><li>Proficient in the use of Outlook, Excel and Monday.com for setting up and maintaining project management files and scheduling.</li><li>Articulate in speech; communicates in a clear, fact-based manner.</li><li>Ask concise, targeted questions to fulfill objectives and task completion.</li><li>Ensure other associates and supervisors are informed of progress and significant project developments.</li><li>Demonstrate ability to handle communications and information in a professional manner, including addressing issues requiring discretion, or including confidential materials.</li><li>Ability to prioritize work and manage time to meet timelines and firm’s expectations.</li><li>Demonstrate critical thinking, sound judgment in making decisions, and ethical behavior in accordance with professional standards.</li><li>Demonstrate professional image, maturity, self-confidence, and positive attitudes.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education and Experience:</b></p><ul><li>Associates degree, paralegal, and/or equivalent work experience.</li></ul><p><br> </p><p>We Put People First in all that we do.
