The role is critical in embedding a culture of continuous improvement, operational discipline and waste elimination across the plant. The incumbent will act as a change leader, guiding cross-functional teams towards achieving world-class manufacturing standards, with a deep alignment to work ethics, systems, and structured problem-solving techniques. This role will be instrumental in aligning Organization’s production capabilities with global automotive quality and efficiency benchmarks.
