Online courses have materials and syllabi provided.</p></li><li><p>Participate in course discussions and group activities that meet course objectives.</p></li><li><p>Grade student assignments and provide detailed, student-specific feedback and guidance. Return work in a reasonable time after it is submitted.</p></li><li><p>Hold office hours for students on a by-appointment basis.</p></li><li><p>Populate the learning management course shell with updated syllabus, assignment due dates, gradebook and other materials before the course begins.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with the department chair or program director to ensure Regis policies and expectations are met.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Minimum Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>Doctoral degree or masters degree in management, leadership, or similar discipline from an accredited institution of higher learning.</p></li><li><p>Experience teaching undergraduate and/or graduate students using interactive and engaging methods.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>Extensive experience facilitating interactive courses that challenge and engage undergraduate and/or graduate students. Can provide student evaluations from past courses.</p></li><li><p>Professional experience that relates to the courses being taught.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Special Instructions to Applicants: </b></p><p>Please submit a CV/resume, cover letter and list of references with your application.
