Affiliate Marketing Manager

Affiliate Marketing Partners (AMP), a rapidly growing affiliate marketing agency, is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is integral to our mission of delivering top-tier affiliate marketing solutions to our diverse client portfolio.

This role is a great fit for experienced Affiliate Marketing Managers who enjoy dynamic work days, with priorities that can change quickly. The ideal Affiliate Marketing Manager works autonomously, with minimal supervision, showcasing a high degree of initiative and independence.

Location: Remote

Job Type: Full-time Employee

Occasional travel may be required for client engagements, industry conferences, or internal events.

Responsibilities

As the primary point of contact for clients, develop and maintain strong relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Manage a diverse portfolio of affiliate programs, ensuring the successful execution of strategies and campaigns to meet client objectives.

Establish and grow relationships across a wide set of affiliates, including maintaining regular communication, strategizing new optimization opportunities, and negotiating payouts.

Employ data and analytics strategically to provide insights, identify trends, and make recommendations that drive client success and exceed goals.

Develop and execute effective affiliate marketing strategies and tactical plans, prioritizing initiatives that align with client goals and proactively adjusting as necessary.

Oversee all account deliverables, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards, maximizing client investment and managed revenue.

Maintain full ownership of campaign management, demonstrating solid organizational skills and the ability to focus on and prioritize tasks based on client objectives.

Analyze client data to inform optimization, activation, and recruitment campaigns, leveraging insights to improve account performance.

Innovate and stay informed of industry trends, especially regarding new partner discovery and recruitment tactics, to enhance value for clients and stay ahead in the field.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing

Proven ability to execute the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs efficiently, with a strong sense of independence and minimal guidance.

Demonstrated strong internal motivation and a commitment to delivering superior results and exceptional customer service.

Cultivated problem-solving skills, high levels of judgement, and critical attention to detail.

Capable of multi-tasking and effectively coordinating several projects simultaneously.

Ability to handle client meetings and challenging situations with confidence and poise.

Must have knowledge of Affiliate Networks or SaaS platforms such as CJ, Impact, Everflow, etc.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formatting, formulas, and customizing reports.
