There is no application deadline for this role. *AI Process Engineer - HR/Recruitment Workflows Responsibilities:* * Collaborate with HR and recruiting teams to understand current workflows, identify pain points, and opportunities for automation. * Redesign existing processes to enhance efficiency by reducing manual tasks and operational friction. * Develop and deploy automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, primarily Power Automate, and integrate other relevant tools as needed. * Establish AI-enabled workflows, including automated routing, follow-ups, templated communications, and status updates to improve transparency and auditability. * Create comprehensive process documentation, SOPs, governance frameworks, and playbooks to ensure sustainable improvements and team adoption. *AI Process Engineer - HR/Recruitment Work Qualifications:* * Proven experience in HR Operations and/or Recruiting Operations with a focus on workflow redesign and automation. * Demonstrated ability to move from process discovery to implementation and change management. * Practical understanding of AI and automation applications within HR or recruiting workflows. * Competence in working cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders, including HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and internal teams. * Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 suite, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and related tools; experience with Zapier is a plus. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement.
