It's a high-output, zero-hand-holding operator role for someone who wakes up thinking about creative systems, ships before they're asked, and treats a ROAS target like a personal challenge. You'll be in the trenches producing performance video ads at incredible scale for platforms like Meta and AppLovin; and you'll be expected to constantly pressure-test new generative video tools, break them on purpose, and fold what works into a production system that gets smarter every sprint.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a fully remote, contract position.
