Air Systems Sr Support Coord

Responsible for systems support ensuring successful order processing. Collaborates with development teams for management of support tickets and development of new features.

Essential Functions

  • Creates test plans and lead system testing. Leverage technical writing skills to develop user stories and requirements documentation.
  • Proficiency and application of Agile development standards/practices will be required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

High School/GED diploma required.

Minimum Experience

One year FedEx Express Air Expedite, or equivalent Logistics, Technical, Development experience required.

Must be able to successfully complete/pass FedEx Express Air Expedite Temperature Control training program, FedEx QDM Practitioner training and any applicable recurrent training.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and requirements.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with keen attention to detail. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities simultaneously with ability to manage workloads across multiple departments.


Preferred Qualifications: Experience improving IT system user experience and interface usability. Skilled in developing user-centered workflows, wireframes, and prototypes. Ability to analyze user feedback and recommend UX/UI enhancements. Proven collaboration with IT teams to plan, test, and validate system releases. Demonstrated ability to manage independent work and meet firm deadlines. One year of product development experience leveraging Agile principles and story writing.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting pay range in NJ. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay is determined by experience relative to the job, market level, specific location and other job-related factors permitted by law. Regular full & part-time employees (who complete 91 days of employment and work a minimum average of 12 hours per week) are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and/or vision coverage, tuition reimbursement. Full/parttime employees who are age 21 are eligible for 401(k) after one month of employment

Pay: USA: $22.11/hr - $44.22/hr, CO: $22.11/hr - $42.37/hr, CA: $23.34/hr - $36.85/hr, NJ: $23.34/hr - $35.01/hr, OH & VT: $23.34/hr - $35.01/hr, MN: $23.34/hr - $40.53/hr, IL & NV: $23.34/hr - $42.37/hr, MD, NY & WA: $23.34/hr - $44.22/hr, MA: $24.57/hr - $44

Additional Details: Preferred locations are Memphis, TN or Akron, OH; this role may be based anywhere in the U.S., excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Candidates may need to work on-site at a FedEx campus several times per week. Apply by end of day 4/27/26.
