The Elite Job is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Airline Call Center Representative to provide remote support for passengers across South Africa. Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to airline services, reservations, and general inquiries.
Assist customers with booking, modifying, or canceling flight reservations.
Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, baggage policies, and travel regulations.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
