Hilton Mystic is seeking a dedicated AM Breakfast Cook to join our hospitality team in Mystic, CT. This role involves preparing and cooking breakfast items, ensuring high-quality food presentation, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and enjoy working in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook breakfast items to order following Hilton's recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure all food is presented attractively and meets health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and cooking areas.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain smooth operations during breakfast service.
  • Monitor inventory and report shortages to management.
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a cook, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Ability to work early morning shifts.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
