What You'll Do

Your role as an arenaflex Locker+ Customer Service Associate encompasses a wide range of responsibilities designed to keep our operations running smoothly and our customers satisfied. Here's what you can expect:

    Package Processing:

    Receive, pick, and stow customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail. Process returns efficiently, ensuring each item is properly logged and prepared for its journey back to its destination.

      Customer Assistance:

      Greet customers with warmth and professionalism. Assist them with any questions they may have about their packages, the pickup process, or return procedures. Your goal is to make every customer interaction a positive experience.

        Problem Resolution:

        Work through various problem-solving scenarios, from locating misplaced packages to resolving delivery discrepancies. You'll develop strong critical thinking skills as you navigate challenges.

          Location Management:

          Take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Manage daily responsibilities for your Locker+ location, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring everything is in order for the next day.

            Technology Utilization:

            Use smartphones, handheld devices, and scanning equipment to sort, track, and prepare orders. You'll become proficient in cutting-edge logistics technology that keeps our operations running smoothly.

              Receiving Shipments:

              Physical Requirements & Work Environment

              We want to ensure you're fully prepared for success in this role. Here are the physical aspects of the job:

                Physical Activity:

                You'll be on your feet for the majority of your shift, actively helping customers and sorting packages. The work is engaging and keeps you moving.

                  Lifting Requirements:

                  Perform physical labor including lifting and moving packages up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. We provide training on proper lifting techniques to keep you safe.

                    Movement:
