Esto implica evaluar las habilidades, experiencia y competencias de los postulantes, garantizando que se ajusten a los requisitos del puesto y contribuyan al logro de los objetivos corporativos.<br>ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:<br>•    Publicación de ofertas laborales en todos los medios viables de acuerdo con la localidad.<br>•    Crear la petición de puesto en WD y publicarla a través de la plataforma interna y externa<br>•    Gestionar proveedores de materiales necesarios para la atracción de talento<br>•    Filtrar candidatos viables de acuerdo con el perfil requerido.<br>•    Entrevistas de riesgos y competencias.<br>•    Verificar los documentos del candidato, incluyendo antecedentes penales y policiales, historial crediticio y títulos académicos<br>•    Coordinar y dirigir Assessment de candidatos externos e internos para posiciones de Gerente y Subgerente de tienda<br>•    Coordinar la entrevista de los candidatos con la operación.<br>•    Gestionar día de prueba<br>•    Tramitar estudio socioeconómico y solicitud de conocimiento para posiciones de Gerente y Subgerente de tienda.<br>•    Envío de tareas a través de plataforma WD.<br>•    Realizar el expediente del candidato previo a su contratación.<br>•    Realizar contrato de trabajo y acuerdo de confidencialidad en WD.<br>•    Cargar a la plataforma Workday el expediente laboral con los documento requeridos legalmente.<br>•    Realiza llamadas de seguimiento a personal de menos de 90 días.<br>•    Coordinar el proceso de practicantes (estudiantes de diversificado) por región.<br>•    Realizar entrevistas a estudiantes solicitando prácticas en las diferentes tiendas,<br>•    Realizar carta de aceptación de los practicantes seleccionados<br>•    Realizar acuerdo de confidencialidad y carne de los practicantes aceptados</p><p><br>EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:<br>•    Licenciatura en curso o concluida.<br>•    Dos años en posiciones similares. <br>Habilidades en: negociación, análisis, inteligencia emocional, comunicación efectiva, empatía, adaptabilidad, organización, toma de decisiones de bajo impacto, uso de tecnología.</p><p></p><p>EZCORP is an Equal Opportunity Employer</p>
