Job Summary

You will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through active surveillance, conflict management, and emergency response, ensuring safety at all times. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help prevent loss and respond swiftly to incidents, making a tangible difference every day.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough surveillance using CCTV systems to monitor premises and detect suspicious activities.
- Manage access control by verifying identities and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
- Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies with appropriate conflict management techniques and first aid procedures when necessary.
- Enforce security protocols to prevent theft, loss prevention, and unauthorized access across the facility.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies to ensure proper procedures are followed.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks for accountability and reporting purposes.
- Utilize CCTV footage and other surveillance tools to support investigations or incident reviews.
Experience
- MUST HAVE VALID SORA
- RPO CERTIFICATION MANDATORY
- Proven experience in law enforcement, military service, or professional security roles with an emphasis on armed security duties.
- Strong knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV and loss prevention strategies.
- Certifications in first aid, CPR, conflict management, and law enforcement procedures are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively while maintaining professionalism.
- Familiarity with security equipment including CCTV systems and access control devices is preferred.
