About the Role You will join the Property Facultative Department of Everest Reinsurance Company, a member of Everest Re Group, Ltd., as an AVP or VP, Hybrid Solutions – US Property. In this role, you will build and maintain direct and intermediary business relationships, cultivating, underwriting, and binding opportunities with broad discretion. Collaboration and colleague engagement will be essential across all aspects of your work, including submission setup, modeling, actuarial analysis, legal review, and referrals to executive leadership. Key Responsibilities You will Participate in shaping the strategic direction and P&L performance of the US Property Hybrid Solutions portfolio. Underwrite and manage business on an ongoing basis in accordance with established guidelines. Develop and maintain strong relationships with national and regional reinsurance brokers. Prospect, cultivate, and produce new business opportunities. Work closely with global leadership to support overall strategy, portfolio and aggregate management, underwriting appetite, guidelines, and budget deliverables. Represent Everest at broker and client industry conferences and events, leveraging existing relationships while developing new ones. Collaborate with line underwriters and product divisions to deliver a One Everest, client‑centric approach. Provide tailored (re)insurance solutions and broader risk management support for complex client risks and challenges. Contribute to annual business and marketing plans, increasing brand and product awareness across the broker market.
