Assoc. Mgr, Performance Marketing

As the Associate Manager, Performance Marketing, you will be at the forefront of Pizza Hut's digital transformation, shaping our paid media strategies and campaigns. Your role is critical in ensuring our brand's visibility, engagement, and ultimately, success in the digital landscape. You'll collaborate with diverse teams, from CRM and Martech to Brand and Creative, to deliver exceptional campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive measurable results.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience in digital marketing or performance media is essential.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta, and DSPs, as well as analytics tools, is a must.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in QSR, retail, or consumer brands is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A curious and proactive mindset, comfortable with ambiguity.

Salary Range: $107,800 to $114,030 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.

  • Create and execute data-driven digital strategies across paid media channels, including video, audio, display, social, and search.
  • Define and monitor KPIs, optimizing campaigns to meet defined goals.
  • Test and innovate with new tools, channels, and tactics, building strong advertising partnerships.
  • Activate 1P audiences and manage integrations with CRM and Martech teams.
  • Refine segmentation and targeting strategies based on campaign audience analytics.
  • Collaborate with analytics to ensure key metrics are captured for campaign optimization.
  • Deliver clear performance updates and represent paid media in planning forums.
  • Contribute to MMM and attribution modeling efforts with analytics and agency teams.
  • Brief and manage creative teams for full-funnel asset development and approval.
