Associate Director: SAP Business Partner Data Governance (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director: SAP Business Partner Data Governance (remote) to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action.

The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Aerospace & Defense environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $157,200 – $298,800 annually

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and governance for Customer and Vendor master data within the SAP S/4HANA transformation
  • Establish and run the Business Partner governance model, defining roles and responsibilities
  • Partner with Enterprise Business Services to develop Master Data Operations
  • Own business requirements and define data models for the SAP MDG platform
  • Drive enterprise adoption and change management processes for governance
  • Define and manage data quality framework and KPIs
  • Support data migration with standards and validations for S/4HANA
Qualifications
  • University degree with 12 years of experience or advanced degree with 10 years of experience, or 16 years relevant experience in absence of degree
  • 10 years of experience in Data Management, MDM, or ERP, specifically with SAP S/4HANA Business Partner Model
  • Expertise in Customer and Vendor master data harmonization, data migration, and cleansing
  • Proven leadership in cross-functional transformational initiatives influencing executives and stakeholders
