  • Support Integrated Marketing Calendar:Assist in maintaining and updating the master calendar of marketing activities to ensure visibility and alignment across teams.
  • Creative Brief Development:Draft, distribute, and track creative briefs for 360-degree campaigns, ensuring timely input and approvals.
  • Data & Insights Support:Compile campaign performance data and assist in preparing reports that inform strategy and measure success.
  • Cross-Channel Collaboration:Coordinate with channel owners (email, social, web, etc.) to ensure campaign elements are delivered on time and aligned with strategy.
  • Project & Task Management:Track project milestones, follow up on outstanding tasks, and help ensure deadlines are met using tools like ClickUp or Microsoft Planner.
  • Campaign Execution Assistance:Support the execution of integrated campaigns by managing logistics, documentation, and communication across departments.
  • Process Documentation:Help document workflows and best practices to improve team efficiency and knowledge sharing.
  • Customer Experience Awareness:Maintain an understanding of the customer journey and assist in identifying opportunities to enhance engagement.
  • Administrative Support:Provide general administrative support to the Senior Manager, including meeting coordination, note-taking, and follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or project coordination role (internships included).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Microsoft Planner).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods at a time.
