Join us as an Associate Product Account Manager for Digital Service Operations Management (DSOM) within our Public Sector! Within BMC\'s industry-leading Digital Services and Operation Management product line we have many interesting SaaS products, in the fields of: Predictive IT service management, Automatic discovery of inventories, intelligent operations management, and more! In this role, you will own a territory where you will drive market demand into some of the most prestigious enterprise customers and new logo accounts.
Here is how, through this exciting role, you will contribute to BMC\'s and your own success
* Responsible as a primary quota carrier for driving new business within our growth enterprise accounts, you will work with the Sales Teams to build an effective pipeline and execute a value selling process, while continuously exceeding your targets.
* Act as the main point of contact for your customers and prospects. Throughout the full sales cycle, you will be supported by top talented, full ecosystem dedicated to BMC Helix\'s main strategy: Customer centricity.
* This is a business hunting role where you will drive sales within your assigned enterprise-level accounts by developing pipeline generation plans, account strategies, relationship mapping, managing the opportunity pipeline, and generating investment plans within the Public Sector space.
* You will understand, manage and grow relationships between BMC and each client in order to deliver opportunities and profitable growth.
* You will lead as a BMC Helix brand ambassador both internally and externally and build trust and confidence with customers, partners and colleagues through integrity and professionalism.
* As every BMC Helix employee, you will be given the opportunity to learn, be included in global projects, challenge yourself and be the innovator when it comes to solving everyday problems.

The annual base salary range represents the low and high end of the BMC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
The range listed is just one component of BMC\'s employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country-specific benefits.
At BMC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range. This roles compensation includes a mix of base salary and variable pay. The base salary range is $74,000 - $111,000, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) range of $148,000 - $222,000.
