Associate Product Manager – Feature Roadmap & Analytics

Job Summary

GradeBuzz is seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Associate Product Manager to support the design, execution, and optimization of product features. This role focuses on building and managing feature roadmaps while leveraging analytics to drive product decisions. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to deliver impactful user experiences and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in defining and executing the product roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs

Translate product strategy into detailed feature requirements and user stories

Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of features

Analyze product performance using data analytics tools to identify improvement opportunities

Monitor key metrics such as user engagement, retention, and conversion rates

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions

Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product reviews

Gather and prioritize feedback from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams

Support A/B testing initiatives and interpret results to optimize product features

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Basic understanding of product lifecycle and agile methodologies

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or analytics platforms

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Experience

1–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role

Experience working with cross-functional teams in a tech or ed-tech environment is preferred

Exposure to analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Tableau is a plus

Full-time position

Standard working hours with flexibility based on project requirements
