The Associate Vice President, People Department (Assignment Home Services People Leader) (AVP/HS) oversees the people function for the Home Services business of WelbeHealth. The AVP/HS creates and delivers the workforce and organization strategies, and supporting tactics, that accelerate the Home Services business. This role operates within a matrixed People model, partnering with People centers of excellence to deliver the day-to-day people services and programs, with shared accountability of outcomes in risk, compliance, performance, and growth. That's why we offer • Medical insurance coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision) • Work/life balance - We mean it! 17 days of personal time off (PTO), 12 holidays observed annually, and 6 sick days • 401K savings + match • Comprehensive compensation package including base pay and bonus • And additional benefits! • On the day-to-day, you will • Manage direct reports focused on key Home Services people work, such as employee and labor relations, as well as collaborate with other People experts in California and expansion states • Partner with business leaders on people and organization opportunities, challenges, restructuring, and transformations, driving business success by aligning people strategy with business objectives while fostering a culture of growth and adaptability • Lead the design, development, and use of people KPIs, both client-facing and for internal use • Lead proactive monitoring and strategics to mitigate employee and labor risk, working with operational leaders and evolving Home Services policies and practices • Champion the use of standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and scalable operations that meet client expectations • Develop trust-based relationships with Home Services leaders • Represent WelbeHealth at external PACE, home services, healthcare, and HR venues or associations, such as SHRM and ASHHRA • Job requirements include • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or directly related experience; master's degree or JD preferred • SHRM certification preferred • Minimum of ten (10) years of business experience in HR, operations, strategy, or related field • Experience scaling a service or function in a time of rapid growth strongly preferred • Minimum of five (5) years of supervisor experience including hiring, managing performance, and developing team members • Highly motivated, inspirational leader who is able to innovatively engage, support and remove barriers to ensure the team consistently meet established goals • Demonstrated ability to drive new initiatives with successful change management • Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics in designing programs, managing performance, and influencing opinion We are seeking an Associate Vice President, People Department (Assignment Home Services People Leader) that ideally has experience working in a healthcare environment.
