Job Summary:

Rev is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Audio Transcription Editor to join our remote team. This role involves reviewing, editing, and enhancing audio transcription outputs to ensure the highest level of accuracy and quality. The ideal candidate has excellent listening, language, and editing skills and can work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and edit audio transcriptions to ensure accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and formatting standards are met.
  • Correct any errors or inconsistencies in speaker identification, timestamps, and contextual understanding.
  • Maintain the integrity of the original content while improving readability and clarity.
  • Collaborate with the transcription team to address issues and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Meet project deadlines while maintaining consistent quality across multiple assignments.
  • Stay updated with company transcription guidelines and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, punctuation, and syntax.
