is expanding fast, and we’re looking for an Automotive Biller / Title Clerk to join our dealership office team in the Bronx. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, organized professional looking for a stable, long-term position within a growing and highly respected commercial truck dealership group.

We are seeking someone with prior automotive dealership office experience who understands billing, title processing, financing, registrations, and dealership paperwork procedures. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Process vehicle billing and dealership transactions accurately
  • Prepare and submit title and registration paperwork
  • Review deal paperwork for accuracy and completeness
  • Verify lienholder, insurance, and DMV documentation
  • Process trade paperwork and payoff information
  • Maintain organized records and files
  • Assist with accounting and administrative office duties
  • Communicate with banks, customers, and DMV offices as needed
  • Support dealership management and office staff with daily operations

Qualifications/Requirements – Warranty Administrator:

  • Previous experience in automotive billing, title clerk, financing vehicle transactions, and/or dealership office is required
  • Knowledge of DMV and registration procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a busy office environment
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • CDK or dealership management software experience preferred
  • Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
