Description of the role

As an Automotive Sales Associate at Smithtown Nissan and Infiniti, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding their ideal vehicle and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and understand their vehicle needs
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
  • Negotiate sales prices and complete paperwork for vehicle purchases
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Knowledge of automotive industry and vehicle features
