As a Business Development Representative, you will act as an extension of our customers' sales team to develop and execute business development strategies. You will be exposed to a wide variety of sales and marketing programs and business challenges from day one, which significantly enhances your professional perspective. Our Business Development Representatives learn in one year at FullFunnel what their counterparts at other organizations learn in two to four years.

Essential Functions:

  • Work with both the FullFunnel team and clients to develop and execute business development strategies
  • Research and understand target audiences and build and deploy email, social, and calling campaigns to reach and convert those audiences
  • Cold call prospects to discover and qualify sales opportunities to meet client goals and KPIs
  • Work closely with Account Director and Operations teams to deliver high-quality sales development services
  • Deploy prospecting campaigns using tele-prospecting, email, and social channels
  • Coordinating with Sales Operations on sales enablement initiatives, list and audience building, and campaign deployment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 0-2 years work experience in related field
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new strategies and technologies
  • Motivated to succeed in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Intellectually curious with intense desire to continuously learn new things
  • Coachable, driven, and hard-working
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools is a plus
