What will you do? The Customer Master Data Analyst is responsible for.

  • In charge of the creation and the update/enrichment of customer master data according to the requirements and in compliance with agreed guidelines and standards
  • Ensure the completeness and quality of the master data and participate to the continuous improvement of the process
  • Report to the Customer Master Data Manager
  • For the Senior profile: act as a mentor for the junior profiles and manage MD projects
Request management
  • Ensure Customer Master Data standards and governance processes are followed
  • Support business for Data creation or Data update for cases requiring arbitration
  • Manage Master Data Specialist activity levels and workload
Quality and continuous improvement
  • Execute data quality controls identified by CoO Quality Engineer and record progress on regular basis
  • Alert in case of Data quality degradation
  • Report data delay, issue to local business team
  • Fix data issue generated by data pool or raise ticket for data correction to allow data re-publication
  • On demand, get involved in projects led by Project Lead
Who We Are Looking For
  • At least 2-4 years in experience in MDM.
  • Previous experience in Customer Master Data Management
  • Has experience in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) Details oriented, high level of rigor, action oriented
  • Very good written / oral communication skills
  • Teamwork/Adaptability
