They are seeking a dependable professional who can take ownership of day-to-day tenant relations while contributing ideas that improve efficiency and resident satisfaction.</p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong><br>We are seeking a highly organized and professional Bilingual Assistant Property Manager / Leasing Coordinator to support leasing operations, tenant communication, maintenance coordination, and administrative workflows.</p><p>This is a fully remote position designed for a dependable professional who enjoys balancing administrative precision with people-focused problem solving. Leasing & Tenant Management</strong></h3><p>Assist in managing approximately 300 residential lease renewals annually<br>Prepare, issue, and track lease renewal documentation<br>Communicate proactively with tenants regarding lease paperwork, required documents, and important deadlines<br>Guide prospective and incoming residents through rental applications and onboarding processes<br>Maintain highly accurate leasing trackers, databases, and internal reporting systems</p><h3><strong>2. Resident & Vendor Communication</strong></h3><p>Serve as a professional point of contact for residents, property owners, vendors, and on-site staff<br>Respond to resident inquiries promptly and provide clear, helpful updates<br>Act as the primary liaison for Spanish-speaking residents, ensuring seamless communication and support<br>Monitor ongoing resident concerns and follow through until issues are fully resolved<br>Build positive relationships while maintaining professionalism and enforcing policies when necessary</p><h3><strong>3. Work Order Management</strong></h3><p>Receive, create, track, and update maintenance requests<br>Coordinate scheduling and property access between residents, vendors, and building staff<br>Assess maintenance requests and prioritize urgency appropriately<br>Manage issues such as leaks, repairs, access concerns, and building emergencies<br>Maintain detailed records, notes, and communication history for every work order</p><h3><strong>4.
