You will do this by accomplishing programs developed to improve overall health outcomes, with a focus on prescription drugs and medication therapy. Additionally, you will help bring the strategy on comprehensive medication reviews. You will perform varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Perform computations. Typically work on semi-routine assignments.As a Rx Clinical Programs Pharmacy Technician Representative (Community Resource Specialist), you will work within the Maximize Your Benefits department. You will assist members by connecting them with a variety of financial assistance resources to help overcome cost barriers to affording their medication. As a CRS associate, you will take inbound calls and make outbound calls to Humana members. You will work with them on exploring possible cost savings in the form of grants from national and local foundations, various manufacturer assistance programs, and other government-sponsored support.
