Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors, clients, and callers with a professional and friendly attitude
  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks, including document preparation and filing
  • Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Coordinate staff schedules, appointments, and calendars
  • Conduct and organize client intake assessments and documentation
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across departments
  • Offer direct support to assigned individuals as needed
  • Address staff shortages by arranging coverage or stepping in when necessary

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, or Associate degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
  • Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling systems
  • Prior experience in social or human services preferred

Additional Requirements

  • Must have a reliable personal vehicle with a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
  • Current CPR certification required
  • Negative TB test result required (within the last 12 months or as required by regulations)
