You won't just be drafting; you will be leveraging the latest AI technology to speed up workflows and optimize space planning for our expanding portfolio. </p> <p></p> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p> <ul><li>High-Fidelity Modeling: Translate conceptual designs and 2D sketches into detailed LOD 300/400 Revit models for interior fit-outs, including MEP coordination and joinery details.</li><li>AI-Driven Workflow Integration: Utilize AI-powered Revit plugins and generative design tools (e.g., Veras, TestFit, Hypar, or proprietary scripts) to automate rapid feasibility studies, space planning, and "test-fits" for new potential properties.</li><li>Documentation & Standards: Generate accurate documentation sets, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and schedules. Maintain and update the Cove BIM Library/Family to ensure brand consistency across thousands of rooms.</li><li>Visualization: Produce quick, AI-enhanced renders and 3D visualizations to assist stakeholders in decision-making during the early design stages.</li><li>Clash Detection & Quality Control: Run clash detection reports to identify design conflicts early and ensure all models adhere to Singapore BIM standards and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Process Optimization: Continuously research and implement new AI tools or Dynamo scripts to automate repetitive drafting tasks, tagging, and room data sheet generation.</li></ul> <p><strong>What makes you a great fit: </strong></p> <ul><li>Technical Mastery: 3+ years of professional experience in Interior Design or Architecture with expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit.</li><li>AI & Automation Skillset: Demonstrated experience or strong familiarity with AI tools for architecture (e.g., Midjourney for mood boarding, Veras/EvolveLab for rendering) and visual programming (Dynamo or Grasshopper).</li><li>Drafting Precision: Strong knowledge of construction detailing, joinery, and local building codes (BCA standards).</li><li>Software Proficiency: Competency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Problem Solver: You enjoy troubleshooting technical Revit issues and finding "hacks" or scripts to make work faster.</li><li>The "Cove" Attitude: You are adaptable, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where we work hard but keep the atmosphere fun and authentic.</li></ul>
