BPO - SEO Specialist (Remote Setup)

About the position

The SEO Specialist is responsible for driving organic search growth through on-page optimization, technical SEO implementation, and strategic link-building initiatives. This role manages the full lifecycle of SEO execution, from optimizing and publishing content within the CMS to maintaining technical site health, monitoring indexing, and strengthening the backlink profile. The Specialist ensures all published content adheres to SEO best practices and contributes to sustainable organic performance across both websites. The position requires strong expertise in on-page SEO, technical audits, backlink management, and Google indexing processes, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions that improve visibility and rankings.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all published content is fully optimized in alignment with keyword strategy and SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate with the content team to implement proper keyword placement, meta titles and descriptions, structured headers (H1–H6), internal linking, image alt text, and relevant schema markup.
  • Oversee strategic scheduling of content to support efficient indexing and performance.
  • Conduct ongoing on-page audits to improve URL structure, internal linking frameworks, and content hierarchy.
  • Monitor and refine published content to strengthen ranking performance.
  • Manage SEO implementation within CMS platforms such as WordPress.
  • Configure SEO plugins, metadata settings, and structured data accurately.
  • Monitor indexing status through Google Search Console.
  • Troubleshoot crawl errors, canonical tag issues, duplicate content, and indexing delays.
  • Ensure newly published content is crawled and indexed efficiently.
  • Support optimization of Core Web Vitals and on-page performance indicators.
  • Conduct regular technical SEO audits assessing crawlability, site structure, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and structured data integrity.
