Responsibilities

  • Client & Revenue Growth: Cultivate and expand regional client relationships while actively driving local market retention strategies.

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily branch workflows, implement efficiency-driven process improvements, and champion a client-centric service culture.

  • Team Leadership & Training: Provide direct mentorship, performance management, and career development for a multidisciplinary team, including technical field staff and administrative personnel. Ensure continuous technical upskilling.

  • Fiscal Accountability: Construct, monitor, and manage the regional budget; track P&L metrics to consistently meet or exceed established financial targets.

  • Compliance & Policy Integration: Execute corporate policies, maintain regional operational compliance, and accurately oversee HR recordkeeping (attendance, performance management, and workforce documentation).

  • Asset & Inventory Control: Safeguard and manage all regional company property, equipment logistics, physical assets, and inventory levels.
