Brand Ambassador/Event Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and secure home shows and community events within our service areas
  • Identify and secure new retail locations for booth placement to expand company presence and drive customer engagement
  • Coordinate and assist with event logistics, including transportation, set‑up, and tear‑down of event materials and equipment
  • Schedule and coordinate staffing for shows, events, and retail locations
  • Capture and accurately enter leads and appointments into the CRM in a timely manner
  • Track and report on the performance of events, shows, and retail placements
  • Partner with Marketing to assist with the development and use of promotional materials and displays
  • Conduct timely follow‑up with prospects generated from shows, events, and retail locations
  • Conduct rehash calls as needed to re‑engage past prospects

Schedule

  • Full‑time
  • Evenings and weekends required during shows and events
  • Additional hours in the field and office during non‑event times

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • 1+ years of customer service, sales support, or lead generation experience required
  • Home improvement industry experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds for event set‑up and tear‑down
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Professional, courteous demeanor and neat, professional appearance
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong customer service
