Barclé Group is a fast-growing vacation rental management company managing Airbnb investment properties in Austin and expanding into premier vacation markets such as Florida’s 30A corridor.

We help property owners and investors maximize revenue through professional Airbnb management, dynamic pricing, guest operations, and strategic growth.

We are now looking for a hungry, driven, relationship-focused Business Development & Acquisitions Rep to help us grow from 30+ managed homes to 75+ homes.

What You’ll Do

Your mission is simple

Help Barclé Group acquire new managed Airbnb properties in Austin, Nashville, and 30A Corridor.

You will build relationships and generate new business through:

  • Calling and meeting with Austin realtors and investor-friendly agents
  • Building referral partnerships with mortgage lenders and brokers
  • Following up with homeowner leads already in our CRM
  • Reaching out to Airbnb owners who may want better management
  • Booking appointments for rental projections and consultations
  • Attending networking events and investor meetups
  • Consistently building pipeline and closing opportunities

Compensation

Compensation may include

  • $20/Hr Part-Time Contractor

  • Commission per signed property

  • Bonuses for milestone performance

Must-Have Qualifications
