We are now looking for a hungry, driven, relationship-focused Business Development & Acquisitions Rep to help us grow from 30+ managed homes to 75+ homes.

What You’ll Do
Your mission is simple
Help Barclé Group acquire new managed Airbnb properties in Austin, Nashville, and 30A Corridor.You will build relationships and generate new business through:
- Calling and meeting with Austin realtors and investor-friendly agents
- Building referral partnerships with mortgage lenders and brokers
- Following up with homeowner leads already in our CRM
- Reaching out to Airbnb owners who may want better management
- Booking appointments for rental projections and consultations
- Attending networking events and investor meetups
- Consistently building pipeline and closing opportunities
- Naturally competitive and motivated by results
- Confident on the phone and in conversations
- Persistent and not discouraged by rejection
