<p>Business Development Manager Western Australia</p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities:<br>•<br>Increase top line sales and revenue to meet company targets<br>•<br>Work with Refinish/Retail and Industrial customers to maximise sales growth and opportunities of U-POL products ranges<br>•<br>Create and harvest long term relationships with customers, Refinish Distribution/ Retail and Industrial Customers<br>•<br>Implement in tactical form, sales strategies with partnered distributors and customers<br>•<br>With distributors, customers and wholesalers develop and execute business plan to deliver partnered sales growth<br>•<br>Conduct end user calls to demonstrate, promote and train end users on the product range, obtaining orders on behalf of distributors and to drive sell through demand<br>•<br>Provide enhanced value by conducting joint calls and other tactical sale activity with distributor sales staff<br>•<br>Train distributor representatives and staff on U-POL products and services<br>•<br>Providing technical support for our products to distributors and end-users<br>•<br>Where required visit technical colleges to demonstrate, promote and train teachers and students on the U-POL product range<br>•<br>Attend trade shows and operate company displays as necessary<br>•<br>Evaluation distributor performance within the designated region and provide insights and recommendations to management<br>•<br>Recommendation of appointment of new distributors where necessary and in line company strategies<br>•<br>Work in close co-operation with the National Sales Manager to achieve set sales goals/objectives<br>•<br>Supporting the administration, operations and management of the company as necessary<br>•<br>Build and Develop product range and technical competence<br>•<br>Conduct targeted cold call activity to further enhance brand penetration in specific areas of the market required<br>•<br>Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors and the internal U-POL team<br>•<br>Always represent the business in a professional and respectful way<br>•<br>Work and Operate in a Safe and Respectful at all times<br>•<br>Identify and report any risks within the workplace and</p><p><b><u>Our Company:</u></b></p><p></p><p><span style="color:#000000">Axalta has remained at the forefront of the coatings industry by continually investing in innovative solutions.
