Role Overview

We’re looking for a Business Development Associate to help us connect with small business owners who may need bookkeeping or payroll support. This role is focused on starting conversations and setting appointments — you will not be responsible for closing sales. Training, scripts, and support are provided.

What You’ll Do

  • Reach out to small business owners by email, phone, or LinkedIn
  • Introduce ZK Bookkeeping and spark interest
  • Schedule discovery calls for the business owner
  • Follow up with interested leads
  • Keep simple notes in a spreadsheet or CRM
  • Learn how small businesses grow and operate behind the scenes

  • Sales or bookkeeping experience not required
