<div><h2><b>Position summary</b></h2><div><p>Remote, Based in Germany</p><p>Territory: Germany and Austria</p><p>Travel: 50%</p><p></p></div></div><div><h2><b>About the Role</b></h2><p>We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Director with a strong hunter mentality to expand our presence across the German and Austrian pharmaceutical markets. This is a strategic, client-facing role combining business development and account management, focused on both nurturing existing relationships and opening doors to new opportunities.</p><p></p><p>You will play a key role in growing pharma accounts while strategically penetrating new accounts, working closely with internal Business Units to deliver integrated solutions.</p><p></p><h2><b>Your Mission</b></h2><ul><li><p>Drive revenue growth and achieve annual sales targets within Germany & Austria</p></li><li><p>Proactively identify, prospect, and win new business opportunities</p></li><li><p>Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships</p></li><li><p>Build and leverage a strong professional network across the pharma industry</p></li><li><p>Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions</p></li><li><p>Develop strategic account plans and execute go-to-market strategies</p></li><li><p>Represent the company at industry events, tradeshows, and client meetings</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts</p></li></ul><p></p><h2><b>The Candidate</b></h2><ul><li><p>Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development within the pharmaceutical industry</p></li><li><p>Proven track record in CDMO services</p></li><li><p>Strong hunter mindset with demonstrated success in prospection and closing deals</p></li><li><p>Experience managing both new business acquisition and existing accounts</p></li><li><p>International background with the ability to navigate diverse business environments</p></li><li><p>Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills</p></li><li><p>Strong social and networking abilities</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven setting</p></li><li><p>Fluency in German and English</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</p></li></ul><p></p><h2><b>Why Join Us</b></h2><p>With a global network spanning the US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, and over 50 depots across six continents, we offer a unique platform to support pharmaceutical companies through clinical phases I–IV.
