<h2>Position Summary</h2><p>Location: Remote, Based in the UK ideally close to an international airport.</p><p>Travel: Up to 50% across EMEA</p><p>Reports to Head of Beauty EMEA & APAC</p><h2></h2><h2>Role Overview</h2><p>The Business Development Director EMEA – Beauty will be responsible for developing Catalent’s Beauty business across the EMEA region. The role combines management of an existing portfolio of approximately 40 Beauty customers, daily commercial, operational and coordination execution, and selective opening of new doors with premium global, regional and national Beauty brands. This is a hands-on, senior commercial role requiring both disciplined account management and targeted business development.</p><p></p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Manage and grow a portfolio of existing Beauty customers across EMEA</li><li>Proactively open doors and develop relationships with global and regional premium priority Beauty brands</li><li>Identify and qualify new opportunities with national customers where Catalent is not yet present</li><li>Lead product and commercial proposals, quotations and negotiations</li><li>Coordinate daily operational topics with internal teams (R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality)</li><li>Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting</li><li>Ensure professional, reliable and consistent customer communication</li><li>Attend tradeshows, exhibitions and congresses across EMEA</li><li>Travel within EMEA to support business development activities</li></ul><p></p><h2>Required Profile</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related field</li><li>5 to 10 years of B2B commercial experience in Beauty, Personal Care, Consumer Health</li><li>Experience in a CDMO environment is preferred</li><li>Proven experience managing multiple accounts while developing new opportunities in complex environments</li><li>Strong understanding of the Beauty / Personal Care customer landscape is required</li><li>Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously with minimal supervision</li><li>Strong structuring skills, disciplined pipeline management and reliable forecasting</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior customer stakeholders</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed and international environment</li><li>Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus</li><li>Willingness to travel across the EMEA region</li></ul><p></p><h2>Behavioral Attributes</h2><ul><li>Highly autonomous and self-organized</li><li>Structured and disciplined in daily work</li><li>Emotionally mature and low-ego</li><li>Pragmatic, reliable and accountable</li><li>Able to combine operational workload with proactive business development</li><li>Comfortable working independently in a remote, multi-country environment</li></ul><p><b>Catalent offers rewarding opportunities to further your career!</b>  Join the global drug development and delivery leader and help us bring over 7,000 life-saving and life-enhancing products to patients around the world.
