You will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and create market strategies across multiple divisions and regions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will analyze market trends, develop comprehensive business plans, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, channel partners, and industry leaders. This role combines strategic thinking with practical execution to expand our market presence while maintaining our commitment to enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.<br><br><b>REQUIREMENTS:</b></p><ul><li>Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in business development or strategic sales experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or related industries</li><li>Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities with demonstrated ability to identify market opportunities</li><li>Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels</li><li>Demonstrated success in meeting revenue targets and contributing to business growth</li><li>Experience in developing and executing market strategies</li><li>Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously</li><li>Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix organization</li><li>Travel required 30-50% based on business needs</li><li>Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Benefits</b></p><p><b>Join our team and take advantage of these great benefits!
