We deliver end-to-end solutions—from design and engineering to advanced manufacturing and supply chain—bringing complex products from concept to scale.     JOB SUMMARY Drive Industrial sector growth by identifying and expanding EMS opportunities through targeted business development strategies.  This role focuses on acquiring new customers, expanding market share, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. In this high-impact role, you’ll define and execute business strategies in a diverse set of sub-sectors.      RESPONSIBILITIES   Drive aggressive new business development efforts to expand market share within the Industrial sector and adjacent target market sectors. Identify, pursue, and close new customer opportunities with a strong focus on strategic “hunter” activity and revenue growth. Track record of generating $8M+ EMS revenue through disciplined sales execution, supported by deep customer relationships and a well-developed industry network   Develop and execute account penetration and growth strategies aligned with company goals Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship development. Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal development, negotiation, quoting, and contract award. Establish trusted relationships with executive, operational, engineering, and supply chain stakeholders at prospective customer accounts. Collaborate cross-functionally with Design Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and Quoting teams to deliver compelling and competitive customer solutions. Support the development of strategic pricing models, quotations, and proposals that maximize competitiveness while protecting margin objectives. Deliver high-impact customer presentations, proposals, and RFP responses tailored to customer requirements and business needs. Drive market awareness and demand generation initiatives in partnership with Marketing and Business Development leadership. Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends, customer challenges, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities. Provide market intelligence and strategic input to support long-term growth initiatives, including potential mergers and acquisitions. Ensure disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM utilization. Foster a culture of accountability, urgency, and excellence across customer-facing activities. Travel as needed to develop customer relationships, support business development initiatives, and close strategic opportunities. Typically, 30-50% travel is required.   KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES & SKILLS   10+ years of proven success in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS), Contract Manufacturing (CM), or electronics OEM environments. Demonstrated track record of winning new business, expanding market share, and exceeding revenue growth targets in highly competitive markets. Strong “hunter” mentality with the ability to proactively identify, pursue, and close complex opportunities of $10M annual run rates Experience managing long and complex sales cycles involving technical, operational, and executive stakeholders. Strong understanding of industrial markets and related manufacturing environments. Proven ability to develop strategic customer relationships and position high-value manufacturing solutions. Experience collaborating with Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and Quoting teams to deliver timely, accurate, and competitive proposals. Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of pricing strategies, cost models, margins, and contract terms. Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Strong strategic planning, business development, and market analysis capabilities. Self-motivated, highly driven, and capable of operating independently with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
