Acting as an extension of their clients’ management teams, they simplify property oversight by serving as a single point of contact for more than 20 specialized interior and exterior facility services.</p><p>Their core expertise includes commercial janitorial and disinfecting services, along with solutions such as commercial roofing, handyman repairs, parking lot paving, and general facility maintenance. By sourcing, vetting, and managing elite local contractors, they help medium-to-large businesses reduce overhead, save time, and eliminate the operational headaches associated with facility management.</p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong><br>We are seeking a highly motivated and high-energy Business Development Representative / Outbound Appointment Setter to serve as the driving force at the top of the sales funnel.</p><p>This role is focused entirely on outbound prospecting and appointment generation rather than closing deals.
